Web Wiz is pleased to announce the immediate release of Web Wiz Forums 9.70. This latest release adds support for Smartphones and Tablets and with a new Mobile Optimised Version built into the core forum engine.

Web Wiz Forums can detect if the forum visitor is using a Mobile Browser such as on an IPhone, IPad, Google Android, Symbian, Blackberry and others and will automatically switch to a Mobile Optimised Version of Web Wiz Forums. For those using Tablets with larger screens, there is an option to switch to the classic standard view of Web Wiz Forums.

The new Mobile Optimised Version is available in all editions of Web Wiz Forums including the Free Express Edition and is the first Forum Engine to have a Mobile Optimised Version built into the software.

This release also includes improved Active Users detection and other bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Web Wiz is pleased to announce the latest release of Web Wiz Forums, version 9.69. This latest release has improved Search Engine Optimisation and Social Networking as well as a few small bug fixes.

Search Engine Indexing is improved by using canonical meta tags to prevent "same content" indexing by search engines for both those using Search Engine Friendly URL's (FURLs) and those that use the standard URL's.

The Social Networking Bookmarking is also improved by adding in support for Google Buzz alongside Twitter and Facebook.

A number of small bugs that affected small number installations have also been fixed.

Web Wiz Forums 9.50 is a milestone release of Web Wiz Forums with many changes particularly to the Free Express Edition which now no-longer contains adverts and also incorporates a limited Private Messaging system.

Other changes also include extra security protection for Adobe Flash and YouTube movies, as well as making it simpler to spot new Topics and Post since the visitors last visit to the forum.

Changes to version 9.50 include;
